What quality standards / government stamps should I be looking for?
BBA, BS, ABI, CE, all are qulality marks. Each part of the kit should have its respective quality mark.

What does the quality of the website say about the company?
You shouldn't always judge a book by its cover, however there are certain aspects you should look for prior to buying from an online company. Firstly check that the site is secure before sending any personal details. Read the terms and conditions before buying anything. If you are unsure, ask to speak to someone.

Are the windows and doors glazed from the inside for added security?
Yes, every effort is made to give you the best and safest product.

Why are your conservatory kits so cheap?
There are a variety of reasons. Mainly due to the size of our company, our buying power, and the fact that we have limited the number of options on our standard kits to enable for mass batch production.

Are the conservatories really a "do it yourself" product?
Yes, we do not offer installation services. However provided you have some common sense and follow the installation instructions, the kit should be easily fitted during a weekend.

What would it cost to employ a builder to build a base and erect the conservatory?
This depends on the extent of work that is required due to the site conditions, for example the depth of the foundations needed. However we have heard costs for the base and installation quoted between £1,500 and £2,500. Labour can be expensive, which is why their is such a demand for conservatory kits

If I damage any parts whilst assembling, how soon can I have a replacement?
If you pay by credit card we can normally despatch any replacement parts within 24hours.

Do the Double glazed units carry any british standard (BS) numbers?
All the glass in the kit is kitemarked with the relevant british standard

Do the windows and doors carry any British Standards (BS) numbers relating to security?
All the doors and windows carry the relevant BS kitemark for security by design

What building experience do I need?
With a bit of common sense and the help from a friend whilst lifting the larger sections in place should be adequate.

How can I be sure that the conservatory kit I am buying is of the highest quality?
Yes, check that all aspects of the conservatory carry their equivalent quality standard, I.e. BBA for the roof, BS for the glass, ABI for the locks etc.

What does BBA mean?
BBA is a government backed association which checks aspects such as the roof for quality, they even test them in labs and give an estimated life expectancy. All our roof kits have BBA approval and been given a typical life expectancy of 25 years.

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, upon receiving a cheque your order will be processed just as if you were paying by credit card.

Can I source my own finance?
Yes, we accept that there are several ways to arrange your own finances and encourage you to get the best deal around.

How long does an installation typically take?
Typically the kit can be assembled in a weekend.

Along with all the choices shown online, we offer a full service for any of your specific requirements, simply follow the special requirements section of our website

How do I find a fitter?
Word of mouth is always a good starting position, otherwise try your local advertising papers such as the yellow pages or thomson local.

Do I have to pay all at once?
No, but you will not get your kit until we have received all funds from either yourself or your credit company.

Do I need planning permission
All the conservatories on offer are less than 30 square metres and therefore should not need planning permission - except in certain listed areas, or if your property has been extended previously by more than 20% of the initial floor area. We always reccommend checking with your local planning department

What do I do next
Once you have decided on the conservatory kit you require, you will be sent a base layout. This layout needs to be completed accurately by a builder prior to the kit arriving.

There are several methods of payment, the easiest and quickest is online via credit / debit card or by paypal. Alternatively you can arrange finance or send us a cheque.
